What Air Defence Doing

A HARM missile is literally an Anti-Anti-Air missile that works by locking onto the radiation given off by the radar of enemy air defence.

This is normally counter by turning the radar off and running away before impact, but some versions have a sleep mode of sorts, where if the missile loses radar contact, it will deploy a parachute and loiter until it picks up another one.

If it detects another radar before it lands, a secondary motor activates and sends the missile towards the new target instead.
