Arrived on the date (today) told waitress we had the voucher. Ordered the 2 courses (voucher entitlement) plus sides, deserts and multiple drinks each. Went to pay and was told the voucher was not for that restaurant but for the one in Oadby. Asked him if he was the same company which he denied. Asked what the solution was and he said there wasn't one and we had to pay full price. Which was over £100 (only expecting a bill for £40ish) not once did they ask to check the voucher even though they admitted themselves they didn't actually do the vouchers anymore. Not once did he even offer a token offer of desert free or similar. Ended paying the full price but will not be returning. Service was slow, had to call for attention many times, portions are hit and miss, some meals are far better value than others. Customer service is dreadful. Not helpful :
