Me and the BF got the calamari, spaghetti alle vongole, and gnocchi. All were very delicious. I was actually so impressed that when the manager came to ask us how everything tasted I told her it was some of the best Italian food I've had and I told her I'm going to post about it on Instagram where I have over 11 thousand followers and a lot of them are in the area. She seemed very happy about it. I was wrong. I thought that she would be greatful for the free advertising but when the check came there was literally no discount at all. I thought at least one of the entrees would be taken off but they didn't even take off the calamari or even the drinks! I won't go back here because of this. Which is a shame because the food was very good. The manager needs to understand how to treat customers.

J Jul 2022 7.0 Good - Booking.com + The hotel was lite up beautifully! The cleaning manager walked in on me. Knocked but opened door quickly and stated when are you leaving. I told him at 12pm as soon as possible. Apparently no grace period.... The black girl with blonde and black braids was not polite at all. No smile or nothing....very odd being that this was a classy hotel. The other staff that was white very kind and polite and gave me information on all popular sites to visit.

a month ago My kids birthday experience was ruined by a rude staff member today that would not allow my eldest daughter to retrieve a bag of clothes from the car she left behind as my grandaughter had an accident while playing, by telling her that it was not a daycare! The same staff member wouldn't even allow my teenagers to leave to collect the bag either, my grandaughter had to put wet underwear and pants back on in order to leave, this was really poor customer service and we will not be coming back! On entry you insisted that all the children were under 12yrs of age so they could play and when your child defalcated on the slide requiring an entire section of the play area to be closed for cleaning and sanitization suddenly they are teenagers so they can be let out unsupervised as letting children wander unsupervised around a shopping centre is unsafe. All assistance was offered and refused by you. It is unfortunate when a child soils themselves but care or all children are an adults responsibility.

The reason is as follows: April 20th, 1994 Alex consistently defied me. During class he contradicted me numerous times when I insisted that the length of one kilometer was greater than that of one mile. Every other student in class accepted my lesson without argument, but your son refused to believe what I told him, offering such rebuttals as, "You're lying to the class," and commanding other students to challenge my curriculum. Although he was correct, Alex's actions show a blatant disregard for authority, and a complete lack of respect for his school.
