I work at a fast food place (f18) and this lady and her man I assume came and ordered through drive through (normal interaction). Messed up an item (they called) and my hispanic coworker answered the phone (this is necessary to add). My coworker didn't understand what was being asked, so she hands me the phone. Lady says "finally someone who actually speaks english" I say "excuse me?" She goes "You heard what I said" I say "Yeah just appalled by what you just said" she goes "Oh yeah make this all about racism! I know Spanish" (as if that makes it better) She comes back for her wrong item, and cussed me out. She says "You are a bitch, I hope you get fired, so unprofessional" and then "proved" her Spanish to me by saying "sabes que" to another hispanic coworker. F------ train wreck of a woman lol.
