Communication is severely lacking at this facility, both between the owner and parents as well as between the owner and the teachers. We struggled even to speak to someone knowledgeable about the policies and had a number of calls to unanswered and an appointment where the owner blew us off. She met at the front, didn't even introduce herself, and a teacher was left to write questions down for the owner to answer later instead of attending to the children. The energy in the building was low and everything looked unstructured. I would not trust my child here. 1 Response from the owner 2 years ago Thank you so much for your feedback from your 30 minute visit! I am the owner and take great pride in my team and their abilities to communicate effectively with all of our families, as evidenced by our current families, as well as those who continue to enroll with us. Meeting with any of them is as good as meeting with myself. The teacher that met with you has been with me for 8 years, and is a highly regarded Lead Infant Teacher who knows our program's policies and shares them openly. Unfortunately, she was made to feel inferior while meeting with you rather than respected as the professional that she is. As far as the "energy" in our school, we are also very happy with that, and with the positive team and families that we are so fortunate to have! Clearly we are not the fit for you. Best wishes!

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
