9:58 ←r/AmltheAsshole : AITA for making my coworker take me home?? AITA for making my coworker take me home every night? I work at Jimmy Johns that my dad owns and we deliver pretty late until 1am. This late at night I work as the sandwich maker and we have a delivery driver. I live across town 10-15 mins away and I can get there because my dad can drive during the day but not at night. I have to have my coworker take me across town. My license is suspended (long story) so theres nothing I can do. AITA??? He's really frustrated and quit yesterday mostly because of this. I was upset at him because I need a ride home and for him to not want to give me one is selfish. He has a car and he's privileged plus I can pay him so why can't he just do it? It was fine for 1 month and he insisted on me not paying him but last week he said he can't give me rides home anymore. I have no other option tho. Plus my dad won't let anyone leave until everyone has a ride home so he has to stay until I get a ride or else he is forced to take me. I understand taking an extra 15 mins there and back is inconvenient but I don't wanna walk 3 hours home. No Ubers are available either. I have no other options. But my coworker thought it was unfair. We don't even have half T : the ingredients she is ir r BP plis 8P 2 years ago about 10 1, 2019 at approximately 2:50 pm. I placed an order for a Large Awesome Orange Extra Sweet. I paid and waited for my smoothie. When I received smoothie, it was terrible. I was crunching on Sugar Crystals. I informed the young lady who made the smoothie that I could taste the Sugar Crystals and that I don't eat white sugar. I asked why didn't she use the White Chocolate Powder? I then asked for a manager. I spoke with a manager name Victoria. Il expressed my concerns to Victoria and Victoria was extremely rude. It was if she was putting on a show for her employees and the customers that were waiting. Victoria told me that I should have specified what I wanted. I explained to Victoria that I visit several different Tropical Smoothie locations and that I never had to specify the sweetener I wanted. The Awesome Orange clearly does not contain White Sugar. I asked could she make the Smoothie over and she refused saying that they don't make the smoothies over. She also refuse to refund my money. I left the establishment and called Corporate Office. At approximately 3:08 pm, I spoke with a Customer Care Representative named Rose. After explaining to Rose what had happened, she took down my information and then gave me an "option". First option was a gift card. The second option was to have someone return my call. I chose to have someone call back. Needless to say, I received neither. I'm extremely disappointed at the treatment I was shown in person and over the phone. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me.
