EDIT: Here's some context -- Punisher is trying to infiltrate a cult led by Reverend Sammy Smith. Punisher is later shot, and the Rev saves his life. Frank becomes infatuated with the man -- the dialogue strongly suggests it's not a wholly platonic attraction i.e. Punisher is bisexual

This happened in the 80s when there were no diversity agendas and changes weren't announced on the View. Regardless, it still happened; Punisher likes men.
