Plano, TX 20 21 2 ✰✰✰✰✰3/22/2021 Long time patron, final time customer Came in pretty early on a Sunday, understanding masks optional but didn't realize for the wait staff as well. That not one person handling our food had on gloves or masks when the pandemic is still much alive is beyond me and has turned me off from spending money here again. IF YOU ARE COVID CONSCIENCE, I recommend going elsewhere. 100% capacity, no masks required of the people handling your food, meaning people are literally breathing on what they are serving you. Not the time for this, 0% comfort in the safety protocols. Best of luck, hope y'all tighten. it up in the future Edit: after the incredibly rude response from the GM, who apparently feels that covid is hoax while people are still dying, I'm glad to know the thousands of dollars I've spent over years mean little to this restaurant group. I will gladly be screen shotting this response to allow others who don't want random strangers breathing on their food an opportunity to avoid this germ cesspool. K a week ago My experience was incredibly unprofessional. My attempt to schedule an appoint was foiled by an employee incapable of making one. Then I received various text messages concerning said attempt, followed by a "God bless you." Beyond unprofessional. Helpful Not Helpful

OOOOO No longer Loom May 2019. Couples Took a long walk to this place, but when we got there it was obvious it had become something else. Decided to give it a try anyway, but as soon as we were confronted by the Carlsberg taps in the entrance (even they now admit it probably isn't the best lager in the world) we changed our minds and left.

ancon I love I BROOKS complaining to McDonalds "corporate". Years ago (9 now) I got a latte at McDonalds. Left right away as I wanted to drink it at work, but found the milk was curdled. Couldn't go back to the store so sent an email explaining the problem, with a photo of the undrinkable latte, and requested a coupon for a replacement drink. Should have happened. But no. The person who responded was polite, but wanted me to go back to that store for my replacement drink because blah blah blah. So I said I want a coupon to spend at a clean McDonalds and that I would not purchase from McDonalds again until they sent me one. And every year on the anniversary of that crappy latte I send corporate an estimate of how much of my money McDonalds did not receive that year because of the coupon. I know they don't care but it makes me happy to work out how much time and money I save by avoiding fast food joints generally - and McDonalds specifically.
