a 2 7 00 ✰✰✰✰ 35 minutes ago What makes 11:59 PM this magical time for a 24/7 facility, where hours upon hours of additional care is not a factor for what you will be charged but the time it says it is on the wall is? For our most recent visit, you wouldn't be flexible about 40 minutes of time due to a delayed flight and insisted on charging for an additional 24 hours of care. Saying that drop off time never factors into the charges but pick up time is 11:59 PM hard and fixed is strange and punative for a 24 hour business. a dog dropped off early is given hours and hours of additional care for no change in charge, but a dog picked up 40 minutes after midnight is charged for an entire full day. And don't mention your extremely generous pick up policy in your reply because that is not what I am debating or questioning. If my flight was due to land at 2 PM and was 8 hours late I would still be charged the same and you have the dog for hours more. If my flight was due to land at 11:30 PM but was 30 minutes late, that is way less time you are actually providing care to the dog but the customer is charged an entire days worth. From April 23rd 2021 thru June 24th 2022, I have paid $1,715 dollars to your business Assume lives to be about 14/15 --- that's roughly $22k of future spend, all of which will now go to another business ess Manager Dear Karen Crabapple, What makes 3pm special at a hotel or any checkout time special at any business? As was repeatedly explained to you, if you can find a more lenient policy at any other facility where you could pick up at almost 1am without paying for another day, please let us know and we will happily refund you. But thank you for bringing our generous checkout time to everyone's attention :) The truth is your treatment of our staff and general attitude are why we did not offer any leniency in your case. Had you treated them as humans, and been courteous, we most certainly would have. We love our team. Their happiness is worth more than your future $22k ten fold. I think I'll buy them lunch for tolerating you for this long.

In desperation, after a painful flight across country, I expedited an order for the car seat cushion after seeing it advertised in a photo as making flying more comfortable. I have a degenerative spine disorder with damage to my SI joints and tailbone that makes sitting for long difficult. The cushion did it's job BEAUTIFULLY, but the company has done a poor job of making it easy to travel with. With no easy way to carry the cushion except for under my arm, I struggled to hold on to my precious new cushion AND get around the airport. A single strap across the pillow would allow me to attach it to a roller bag. Better yet, double straps would allow me to wear it like a backpack. I owned my seat cushion less than 24 hours before losing it when wrangling 4 pieces of luggage at baggage claim. SO disappointing. I contacted with my constructive criticism and received a lukewarm response- not even so much as a small discount offered on a replacement pillow (which I ordered, along with a new lumbar pillow and pressure relief cushion).
