Group member Yesterday at 6:46 PM. We have noticed a big change in the neighborhood this Spring. Unfortunately it is not a positive one. There has been an increase in "noise". Definitely on the weekends before 9am. For example, today is Father's Day and a lawn mower has been going for an hour. Hampton Roads Military Wives with Kids 39 mins. Last night our family went to CICIS pizza in Norfolk(see attached picture)!
