25 m. Have a gripe, I brought from Remodelled shopping centre a ready made meal they make beef bourguignon. It looked lovely it came with lovely mash and a couple finger size carrots the stew and beef, bacon was a nice flavour and then they spoilt it by putting pickle onions instead of real small onions with is a pain to peel etc but taste wonderful and is part of what makes it special. I emailed them and basically told them to call it something else and put the ingredients on the label . I had to throw mine out as pickle flavour just destroyed the flavour. I believe just too lazy to peel all those little onions. That there chef says it improves the flavour and adds he own special touch., believe me it doesnt . Have anyone ever heard of pickle onions in this recipe? I suggested the called it French style beef stew with a twist . but it certainly wasn't beef bourguignon.
