Here are the very few characters whose birthdays have been given specific dates in official or licensed sources. It is unlikely their birthdays are intended to be on the same day and are instead simply celebrated together for convenience, but if they are, that means all of these characters are born on October 11. -Red Virus mentions Dr. Mario's birthday being on July 27 on Nintendo of America's official Twitter account for Dr. Mario World, however, that was for the 30th anniversary of the Dr. Mario game for Famicom, and Red Virus may have been speaking metaphorically. Note that while Rabbid Peach's birthday is also the release date of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, she mentions that it is her birthday herself, in-character. :
