The Daily Buzz 7 mins · Does anyone know how selective the middle school band is? My poor step-daughter really wants to join next year, but she's just awful. I don't mean to sound unsupportive, but if y'all could hear the noises that come out of that clarinet, you'd understand. She's the worst thing to happen to music since Yoko Ono LOL. I don't want to be the one to have to rip off the truth band-aid, so will the middle school band reject her, or do they take all the basket cases? OWNERS OF STRATFORD TOWERS The Pandemic is over, and the COVID-19 restrictions are done. As Alberta emerges from a difficult few years, there is increasing evidence that the province's economy is on the verge of taking off. If you are ike me, you bought units in this Property for one reason and that is for LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You may not be aware, but the Property along 17th Avenue between 4t Street SW, and 11th Street SW was once among the most valuable in Canada. Unfortunately, the Pandemic hit 2 years ago, and rightfully so, some owners rented to peopie at a rate that just covered the mortgage. I know of several Owners/Landlords, who have invested thousands of dollars in renovating their units into Luxury Condos. The problem is that we have a few irresponsible owners who have failed to Vet, do the necessary checks, and have allowed so called undesirables to rent in this complex.
