21. Microwave, please cover food (the covers are in the corner cabinet above the microwave) to prevent splatters and messes in the microwave. 22. Coffee maker, if you use it, please clean out the carafe and grounds for the next person. 23. Don't consume other people's food from cabinets or refrigerator. 24. Food that is spoiled or moldy will be thrown away. 25. No cooking after 10pm or during the middle of the night. 26. Pets, any pets should be supervised as to not damage the yard. 27. Pet waste should be cleaned up daily and placed in pet waste bags. Property owner does not provide the bags. The pet owner is responsible for this task. 28. Pet owner is responsible for keeping the common areas and their bedroom free of pet hair. 29. If a pet destroys or damages any part of the property, the pet owner is responsible for replacing or paying for damages. 30. Pets should be quiet when left unattended on the property. Excessive barking, whining, or howling is not acceptable. It interferes with others who may live here. 31. Bed sheets should be laundered once a week. 32. Squeegees are provided to clean the shower door glass and cuts down on soap build up and water spots on the glass. Please squeegee. 33. Windows should remain closed if the furnace or air conditioning is running. The dust and allergens that also come in with open windows are also a strong reason to keep them closed. 34. Outdoor water sprinklers run in the late spring and summer at 6am Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
