Super Sonic and Shining Rouge

"Inspired by Goku's and Frieza's final rush against Jiren.

I'm personally not in the camp of people who think every "super" form needs to be a golden/pale yellow colour, nor do I think that the naming conventions should adhere to simply "super". We have Hyper Knuckles, Burning Blaze, and so for my purposes, I invented "Shining Rouge" as our lovely bat's super-form.

I also don't believe the chaos emeralds treat each individual equally. Clearly, they can be harnessed more easily by more "in-tune" beings, such as Sonic, Shadow, and Knuckles… but other characters are affected very differently – ie, Tails getting birds to share in his power, and Mecha Sonic absorbing the Master Emerald's power, but not being able to retain the power for long, requiring him to recharge every half-minute or so.

In this instance, I choose to put forth the idea that Rouge may not be able to access her "Shining" form without help – enter Super Sonic, who can lend her the emeralds' power, and it is their connection which allows her to overcome the barrier.
