In our current customer service training we talk about how to end a transaction with a customer, and how expressing appreciation for a person's choice to shop with us or wishing the customer well when they leave is important. We talk about how to express gratitude or well wishes in our own words instead of using a script, because we want to put a personal touch on the service we provide. We have always considered "have a good day" or "have a good one" an acceptable form of closure because it wishes the customer well. I am was a true blessing in disguise. See, level position. She was born to make real change in life. She may not see it today but I know that she will look back on this experience as a small step to her divine purpose. mom. I just wanted to send vou a note of thanks because what happened to. was born for so much more than working an entry I have spoken to my daughter over the past months about how to handle a bully in the office. One who she once thought of as a friend. I have explained to her how evil hides in right in front of you. I've been able to advise her on how to deal with these types of people. It pained me every day to know what she was enduring at her place of work because my daughter spent 2 years in an extremely dangerous and toxic place with a man who stole her from me and her amazing life to beat and bully her. It was very hard to explain to her that women are just as evil. I can't imagine picking on a twenty year old girl. I could never see how that would give me joy. l'll pray for you, because you have obviously experienced something in life that has left your heart cold and bitter. Also, over the years l've heard many complaints about you and l've always stuck up for you because you work for my friends who I love very much. That protection ended today. I believe ! have done my friends a disservice. needed; however, you advised her that you knew best. I made sure she documented that as well as some other things.
