Or religious or personal beliefs - do not order from them. Tonight they served 2 vegans of 20 years chicken. Our order explicitly said that we were vegan and outlined every single thing we cannot have. To make matters worse the owner called "to apologize " and said "I'm you should eat meat to give you protein and iron " after refusing to acknowledge her mistakes. W-- ?? In this day and age of religious, personal choice and allergies everyone should ban any restaurants that don't acknowledge that or accept responsibility. By the way the order girl "owen" told us the mistake happened because the kitchen staff is "old" My gosh. So much wrong everywhere with this restaurant. "The Royal Sonesta Hotel is an Absolutely gorgeous palace. The prices are very high. My company books approximately 12+ rooms A NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT, here on a corporate rate. For Some Reason the staff Including MGR Ms Shondra MOD said our company booked a NON View Room. which is perfectly fine. What we received was a Room on the 4th floor with a 10x40 cement walkway/roof outside of the window that looks like a prison guard walk. NOTHING else to see.. The hotel clerk said that is what they received when I went down to receive another room key that Mgr Ms Shonda gave to me after threatening to call my company about my complaint, then gave me stink eye when I saw her in hall as I was going in elevator.. Somehow, the front desk clerk seemed to think that her FRIENDS and FAMILY SUPER Discount was equal to, or comparable to, our CUSTOMER CORPORATE rate. WHICH is NOT The case. These rooms aren't even ok for a paying guest . which per the clerk, was for the "Lower PAYING" guests. CORPORATE DOES not mean lower bottom line customers. We are the REGULARS. the OFTEN .... clientele. ALL year round, We have the right to make requests of hotel and not be treated like we paid steerage prices or 3rd class below deck hands. Simply, WOW.
