In Romania, my town, a couple of months back, i read in the local newspaper that an old man was attacked by some guys which they found in his pockets only 60 cents ( 3 lei - equivalent of 2 breads ). They left the guy in the cold and found later dead. I think that's the lowest of the low i read about in my local news regarding thefts.
