If you are ordering any steak meals for takeout from SALTGRASS in Rockwall and think that your normally complimentary bread will be included in your order > think again ! Don't make the same mistake I made assuming that good customer service is carried over to takeout My daughter really wanted Saltgrass tonight and loves their bread or I would not be so upset . When I called inquiring , the female who said she was the manager started telling me that on DOORDASH or UBEREATS orders they can't be responsible for missing items which really infuriated me that their total lack of good service was being blamed on someone else I told her that we placed the order. I then drove my daughter across town to get her food which she was using her birthday gift card to purchase this food and then she walked in to get the order so it was NOT DOORDASH or UBEREATS at fault here . So when we are asked to purchase food from restaurants during slow pandemic times , I think that good service should be included ! Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
