For those wondering what "Fleetway" refers to it's pretty much a reference to how in the U.K exclusive Sonic comics, called, Sonic the Comic, Sonic was a complete and total arse who went as far as having to be tricked into saving an entire island from destruction cause he couldn't be bothered to do so otherwise, to telling another character he'd be completely cool with them outright dying since they're completely useless anyways.
