I was bored and decided to try looking for the origin of the bottom image and context. In doing so I realized it was already uploaded, albeit with a caption, a few years back on this very site.

Also the photo was uploaded some time around 2011 since that's the earliest I can find of any uploads, both of which come from a South Korean based blog site, "tistory". Whether these are the original posts or not I'm not sure since the user could've gotten them from another defunct site and uploaded them onto their blog.

And the photo didn't really take off till a year later when people started spreading it everywhere. Originally the photo was titled "polite car" by curious netizens in Korea where the photo was apparently taken.
