and I are being sued (through small claims court) by a BLACK woman who is exaggerating a very minor accident we had last year in order to try and get $10,000 from us. Back in July or August in 2020, I was driving on the freeway when my EPI pain started to kick in and my anxiety was so damn high that I was sorta of struggling to drive while going fast on a known curve on l-80/highway 99 and I very briefly swiped mirrors with a black woman. All we had to do was pop our mirrors back out/in place since there was no damage thus no need to take pictures. However, she claimed in court that and he allowed me to operate his vehicle while not having my license at the time and thatI needed to pay for her false, exaggerated damages which somehow amounted to $11,600 but the most you can ask for in small claims court is $10,000. Luckily, the judge and by all, it is decided that because she only really had to pay $500 out of her own pocket for the damages was my employer/boss while her insurance covered the rest so it was decided that was truly all she was owed from us.
