2 days ago Our postman just left and there is no delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed - this item was supposedly in stock. It was meant to be a fun surprise from my son to his sister for her 21st birthday – I understand things happen, but when orders are placed ,and I ask if it can be here by September 2 and you tell me yes, you need to make sure the items are in stock and you're doing everything you can to be true to your word. Etsy says the package is out for delivery -our postman doesn't make return deliveries, I'l be happy if he does, but not surprised if he doesn't. 2 days ago I see now that Etsy says it was delivered - it was not delivered. 2 days ago I'm really sorry about that. Between listing that magnet and the actual order, I moved to college and lost a bunch of inventory along the way, throwing all the listed numbers off. So between that and school actually starting, I've been set back a bit, and l'm genuinely really sorry for the delay. I included 4 or 5 extra stickers/magnets in there, and I shipped it early in the morning the day I told you it shipped. I don't know why USPS would mark it delivered if it's not there–I know order tracking can be a little off sometimes-I can refund you if it still isn't there, and if there's anything else I can do just let me know. 2 days ago I understand, I really do. I have a daughter in college and a son who is a senior in high school-the workload is tremendous and the days fly by. You still need to be on top of inventory to meet customers expectations if you want to run a successful shop. At the very least, reply quickly to questions letting customers know you're on top of it. I will wait until the end of the day to see if it was delivered to a neighbor and someone returns it. In the meantime, you should check with USPS and see exactly where it was delivered and report it as missing. 13 hours ago Are you kidding me? Your envelope arrived today it is not a 7 x 4 Which is what you told me the medium was. I want my money back. If you send me a prepaid envelope I will ship all this back to you 14 minutes ago The measurement is in centimeters- it's listed on the page. I have the large ones now, which are 9 centimeters long, but to be clear that's just over 3.5 inches. I can send you one of those or I can just refund you.
