... an RANT: Drove to the "big" town of last night to grab Mexican some supper O that was a huge mistake!!! La closed, Chinese closed, Club closed, went to downtown and found place , walked inside as the Open sign was on and it was 20 minutes before 8. No one standing in line but when the dude finally asked us if we had called in an order and I said no, "just waiting to place an order", he claimed they were closed to orders!! I asked why? He said because it takes 15 minutes to make an order and we were past that time although the clock on the wall specifically said 7:45 didn't offer us anything as a drink or perhaps a salad (that wouldn't need to be grilled). Also they charge extra for a tiny container of ranch dressing. Over a dollar for a Tablespoon of dressing. Just plain rudeness!! This happened a month ago in watched them turn people away and it wasn't even &ifferent town we I want to say that these places need to remember who supported them when their doors were closed. If you want to shut down and quit service at 8 then maybe you should close your doors at 7:30. In a perfect world it would be great to eat early but we seldom come in the house until dark. Luckily, away!!! I'll continue to head a different direction when we want to go to town for supper. I'll guarantee you the would do anything in their power to feed someone. All these Mom & Pop other places need to go take a lesson on ethics and dealing Half hour away with the publicOO if you don't like working evenings then go find a different jobe nhad an open sign and didn't turn us National Chain
