Travis T Follow 8 reviews * 3 days ago HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! MEGAN was beyond nasty to us. I understand having to wear a mask but we were taking a pic, took it off for a sec and she nastily said "Ummmm...we wear our masks at allI timmeeesss!" Just like that. All she had to say was "Hey, can you just keep masks on? Thank you." But no, she had to be extremely rude and disrespectful about it. So because of her we left and didn't buy anything. We also talked to a lead and she didn't seem like she was gonna do anything. Just the typical "I'll talk to her." Just skip this store and go to Universal. You don't even have to wear masks there and you definitely won't get this lackluster customer service. UPDATE: I could not leave the store without speaking to a manager. Especially since I waited an hour to get in the store just to have this horrible experience 10mins in. I got to speak with Chanel and she was wonderful! Very kind and she made the situation so much better. Hopefully she can talk with the employee so this situation doesn't occur

As a general rule of etiquette for those who don't know: when you see children out having a lemonade stand, you stop. The lemonade most likely sucks and it's probably warm (possibly a bug floating in the ice), but you still stop anyway because the children are cute and are discouraged when you drive by ignoring them! The frustrating part of it is that in order to catch the regular bus, we had to walk almost 3 miles from the doctors office clear out to 281 & 1604!! Then just to make things fun... when we got to the pedestrian bridge to cross 281 there was a bunch of construction going on (when ISN'T construction going on at this intersection??) but anyway... some not so bright person thought it would be smart to place a PALLET OF BRICKS AND A PIPE running across the ONLY SIDEWALK with access to the curb cut!! I was told that Webber Construction was the responsible party for this ridiculousness and believe me THEY WILL HEAR FROM ME ABOUT THIS MESS!! I have already notified the city about the mess including a photo of the mess that I will post below!!
