Meh, tough s---. I don't return my cart almost ever, Walmart or otherwise, not my problem. I don't take it out of the parking lot, or let it roll away. Beyond that I couldn't care less how hard it is for someone who works there. It's not on the roof, or upside down. If I asked for the service I could have an employee load my car for me and then walk my cart back to the return for me. It's included in the cost of what I buy. So collect the carts from the lot and quit complaining. I'm also not bagging my own groceries, or apologizing for wanting deli meat specifically cut.
