Jeanette 4 reviews 7 years ago A young girl named Robin waited on me-absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I had 2 coupons=--one that was 25% off one item and another that was $10 off of $50. I went to the register with $130 worth of merchandise. I gave her both my coupons and said I would like to use both. She rang it up and then only let me use the 25% off one item so she ran a credit and returned everything else. She said it must be a separate visit. So I said, fine put the rest on the counter, I will take the one item to my car and return for the rest. There were no dates for usage on coupons. She did not give me a gift receipt even though I asked for one and never offered to gift wrap. She was just rude. I paid and returned for the rest in about 5 minutes. She put everything back on the shelf. I said "I told you I was coming right back" She said Company policy. She was just being belligerent. I then walked through and picked up everything again-I half considered just walking out but they were Christmas items. This time I walked to the counter and an older woman with blond hair helped me. I think she saw what the other clerk did. She could not have been nicer. She wrapped everything. Put in gift receipts and taped in charms. She was great but I still had a sick feeling in my stomach from the customer service and abusive behavior of robin who is probably about 18 years old and needs lessons in customer service. < Share

*26/06/2021 Ok, I think the idea is really cool. It's an interesting app. However there are Jewish and Muslim things you can wear as well as LGBTQ+ things. Yet there is nothing Christian in this app. You need to add something with a cross or something like that. Also please add a feature where you can turn off certain stickers. I don't like several of the sticker types because they go against my religion (alcohol, curse words, LGBTQ+). Please add a feature so we can turn off certain stickers.

General Enviroment. live on Fern. The number of sirens from police, fire and EMT seem to have increased. When there is no traffic, why do they blare the sirens? The flashing lights suffice to warn people. Can the sirens be lowered? I have lived in NYC - where I expected this amount of noise - to find it equaled here is disappointing. An EMT told me that all three services respond to almost every call in order to justify their budgets. I do not think any consideration is given to the amount of noise pollution inflicted on town residents. Obviously there are situations where the sirens are necessary -I am taking about times of no traffic. Posted in General to Anyone Like J Comment 11 64
