O . The cost of accommodation and food was too high compared to quality. A matter of taste! The hotel does not have all the hygiene accessories as stated on the reservation. All is well until you request an accommodation bill. The invoice we received was printed manually. The payment was not made by the Hotel, which means that my card was at my disposal! The hotel staff is very unprofessional, except for a couple of them (unfortunately we don't know the names). Breakfast is not extraordinary. The hotel did not have scrambled eggs without bacon, croissants, and more that hotels have for that price. We paid for the dinner the same day, which is very sorry. Have two coffees and get an account with a sandwich too ?? Of course, the waiter angrily and in too high a voice tells you that he will not charge for the sandwich but only for the coffee. We left the hotel the day before because of all the above and stomach problems ! We didn't get an apology or money ! Hotel response: Dear We are sorry you feel this way. We are sorry we did every possible thing to please you, but at the end it wasn't enough. We are sorry you screamed at the staff everytime they politely asked you not to bring food from outside to your room as is against hotel policy but you still went on about it and the staff allowed you to bring food on your room to avoid confrontation. We are sorry you paid exactly the price you booked on booking.com for land view but angrily demanded sea view. We are sorry for the other guests having to witness you going berzerk like a she-wolf at the staff for no reason. We are sorry you came to our hotel. Please do accept our sincere apologies and never come back. Kind Regards, Hotel"
