Yesterday, a female in an older silver Caddy was parked on the grass in our condos; Board member saw her, pulled up, told her to get off the grass, asked her if she lived here, she said her mother does. About fifteen minutes later, I spotted her parked diagonally across one of our parking spots, took a pic of the plate, called cops to come out. Policeman said if I worked for the condos, and I told him to he could tell her to leave, I told him l'm board prez and that I wanted her out. Today she is parked right off Southport Rd in front of Crew car wash-I called Crew and the guy said she was there at 5am when his manager came in. One of our residents just came home about 7:30 pm and she is still there! She appears to be living in the car (lots of stuff in car) and has a dog in there!
