The Nagual is a type of witch from Aztec Mythology that shares a lot of similarities with the more famous Skin-Walkers from Navajo Folklore and Werewolves from European Folklore.

Shape-shifting magic users that can use their powers for good or evil, the Nagual is able to transform into the animal associated with their day of birth (Jaguar, Alligator, Eagle, etc.) with the term Nagual specifically referring to the ones capable of transforming into Jaguars.
