Going from Shadow Claw (or Shadow Punch, if you can't learn that) and Phantom Force to Poltergeist is a huge difference.

Meanwhile, Electric is still stuck with Wild Charge (which despite being 90 BP has recoil) or Thunder Punch and Thunder Fang/Spark (if you hate the recoil)
