You can still see about leaving negative reviews of his business online if that is possible. Even here in the USA many store managers & employees these days get away with almost anything. And it's easy for them to play the victim; the poor, persecuted working person and claim a customer was harassing them, when it was the other way around. I deal with rudeness almost every day, sometimes it's just an eyeroll as I am waiting in line or sometimes it's outright bad behavior. I take my cell phone camera with me everywhere now.
