This is a variant of both the "Bernie Sanders in a Chair" meme from the 2021 Inauguration and the "Toddroll" / "Skyrimroll" meme archetypes.

The text seemed appropriate as a Bernie-esque pun/riff on "woke" culture, playing off the "Skyrimroll" archetype's "Ohh good, you're awake!" tag line.
