Tomichin, the dummied-out assist character in Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes

An unused assist character for Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes, found buried within the game's code complete with sprites and an announcer voice clip. He is a caricature of Atsushi Tomita, who worked on the Marvel vs. Capcom games as assistant/main designer, with "Tomichin" being a nickname given to him by the games' development staff.
