What does the crow from Dumbo have to do with this??? Just to add that is sarcasm in case anyone misses that 2 Like Reply 12w Edited His real name is actually Dandy crow. The character was originally named Jim Crow in the original script of Dumbo as a cartoony jab at the oppressive south but in the 1950s the name changed to Dandy because Disney thought the name Jim Crow was too controversial and it was ok to change the name since none of the names of the crows are actually mentioned in the movie. Unfortunately a lot of people didn't know the name was changed and years later people who thought the crows were racist would constantly mention that his name was originally Jim Crow so now more people know him as Jim and not Dandy Like - Reply - 12w
