11/8/2020 The products are great, and I have been a loyal and enthusiastic customer for over a decade. Nevertheless, I am now a FORMER Crave Cup- cakes customer due to the lack of judgment that an employee used in asking me to leave the store to wait outside about 10 minutes before closing today (after I drove 19.4 miles to visit) because of your "3 person" rule in a store that can easily accommodate 3-4 more people and still allow more than adequate social distancing. Since I was rushing to arrive before closing, I didn't notice the sign. However, because there was more than enough room in the location AND because l'm a regular customer and would have been in and out before the other indecisive women decided what they were purchasing, I think the request was ridiculous. You asked me to leave once. Consequently, I NEVER plan to visit again. In fact, if I hadn't driven such a long distance for the sole purpose of buying your lemon bars, I wouldn't have waited to purchase any items today. I'm particularly annoyed because earlier this week, I also drove 19.4 miles and arrived a few minutes after 6pm because I wasn't aware of the new hours. However, although the doors were still open, your employees didn't allow me to purchase any items. Never again will I drive almost 20 miles to be dis- respected. Thanks for helping to end my lemon bar addiction. Your customer service may be the reason it was necessary to reduce your hours.

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
