Using beef garum etc. You can read up on that if you want. I also tried their vegetarian version which had a quinoa-tempeh patty. I actually got more of a seared bite out of that one. The caramelization was incredible. It's difficult to explain but there was definitely more of a cookout flex compared to the regular burger.
