Some people were mildly upset Smoogi didnt cosplay as Mukuro at the end of V3, but if we look back at the CG where she first cosplays as who appears to be Junko and brighten it up a s--- ton, you can clearly see that Smoogi did indeed cosplay Mukuro Ikusaba, the sixteenth student hidden somewhere in this school, the one they call The Ultimate Despair.
