18 mins My friend lives on the Upper West Side in Manhattan and she told me that this morning, her neighbors were texting her about a yowling cat that was stuck in a tree in this backyard-ish area behind the townhouses of that block. She grabbed a ladder, headed out back, and ended up saving the black chonk (he crawled onto her shoulders). The neighbors on the street up that also share a backyard area with her ended up owning the cat and the wife sent her husband to pick up their cat from my friend. Apparently this person was Mark Ruffalo. SO long story short, my friend lives behind Mark Ruffalo and saved his black void chonk, Inky, from a very scary tree this morning.
