Wasn't allowed to speak to anyone via phone, only their answering service. According to their emails, they apologetically shipped me three orders. None arrived. I don't live in a secluded mountain cave, so..? Like Response from the owner 3 months ago Hi Karen - we're very sorry to hear of that experience. We have been working hard to right those issues along this unusual order path - refunding your order, 2x overnighting a new shipment, leaving voicemails and emails back. I'm sorry for whatever reason this package didn't make it any of the 3x - it's very, very unusual and we sincerely apologize. I hope you can see on our end it's not from lack of effort.
