Salmon Run Apartments March 24, 2020 Attention: All Residents Dear Residents, I have attached a letter from the corporate office regarding our stance and policies during the coronavirus pandemic. There are a couple items I have to mention that were not addressed in that letter. 1. Rent is due on the 1". Nothing has changed and we will not be offering extensions. The Governor has put a freeze on issuing 14 Day Notices for evictions due to non-payment of rent. However, we will be issuing 10 Day Notices for Non-Compliance with the lease agreement. It is critical that you pay your rent, in full, and on time. It will be far harder for you to catch up once you fall behind. There are several charity organizations in the Thurston County and I am willing to provide you with their contact info should you request it. I must tell you that these organization only have so much resources to offer and are often difficult to get help during normal times so I would not rely on them.
