DO000 Reviewed July 22. 2017 Need to order before using the bathroom My spouse and I were downtown for an afternoon event. We had actually planned to have lunch at this location. After walking around for a bit we went to the restaurant for our lunch. My spouse went to use the bathroom while I was looking at the menu. My spouse Surrey, Canada came back asking for bathroom access and was told that you need to order before using 2 28 IO 12 the bathroom. Now I understand that this restaurant is in an area with a number of people who won't buy anything. Unfortunately for this restaurant we were not that variety. When you tell me that you are going to hold the bathroom hostage until we order.you have lost me. Myself, I like to order before going to the bathroom. My spouse wanted to go.no problem until you can't go. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. If you are in the fast food service business and the price of using the bathroom is so cost prohibitive you should close the business. My suggestion would be to re-examine this policy as you are saving the pennies and losing the dollars. We left and had a lovely ginger snap cookie at Starbucks next door. Found a local Thai festival where we purchased some lovely tasting items. Perhaps we should thank Harvey's for allowing us to enjoy these alternate experiences. Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
