1O 18 O0 DOOOO 12 months ago Very rude receptionist. The website said they accept new patients. If they didn't then she should have told me so the first sentence I said was "I'm looking for a new pediatrician for my daughters." But no, she didn't. She asked me how old are my daughters. I told her. Then she said "well, Dr. asked "what about the other doctors?" She asked "what doesn't accept new patients." I| insurance do you have?" I said "blue cross blue shield." She asked "do you believe in vaccination?" I said "no". Then she abruptly said "then this is not the place for you." I just hung up because I couldn't deal with the ignorance. They don't want to accept us as patients because they think we will infect their kids? Wake up, kids are getting sick due to vaccines not the other way around. I get to the gym playroom and one of the two women is berating the worker because they are at capacity. They were both livid because the gym wants to keep everyones children safe. One of the women yelled, "well what am I supposed to do?! I'm going to take him (her son) upstairs. And no one is going to stop me!" To which the worker replied, "wait." So they begrudgingly allow me to walk to the counter. The worker tells me about being at capacity. I say, "ok no problem. Should I still sign in?" She says, "yes, just don't write the time yet." The whole honey gets you further than vinegar approach. You can imagine this did not sit well with Entitlement Susan and Karen. They began chiming in. "well I'm first!" "And l'm next!" "He's not cutting us!" "I will cross his name off the list!" I start busting up laughing. Dirty looks commence but I can't stop giggling. They literally waited all of 2 mins for spots to clear up. In fact, if they had let the line flow the people behind me had kids to pick up. It's been an entertaining summer to say the least.
