SONIC ND THE FANTABULCUS EMANCIPATION OF CE HARLEYINN THE HEDGEHOG Lacked so much confidence that So exclusionary that kids can't even see it because of the R-rating What many consider to be the best video game to film adaptation they changed the title of the movie AFTER its release Fun for the whole family, a movie for EVERYONE to enjoy No justifiable reason to be R-Rated other than DC once again trying to copy Marvel's success with Deadpool and Logan Jim Carrey at his best even after so many Paints all the male characters as one-dimensional bad guy strawmen to defeat, like every single Tumblr 'call out' self-insert comic Made more in ONE DAY than years Birds of Prey did its entire opening weekend F----- up at first, but owned up to it and respected the fans enough to take a financial risk to fix Sonic's design, even delaying the film to do it Get Woke; Go Broke Male lead is a married man and dedicated; took three jobs to support his wife's career Non-existent marketing, everyone forgot this movie existed until it came out Most likely destroyed any chance of more Harley-Quinn solos when studio heads decide she's not "leading role" material and she's back to being a side character Managed to sustain public awareness for almost an entire year, No one could stop talking Called Birds of Prey despite the actual team being mostly sidelined so Harley Quinn can have the movie all to herself Easy for non-fans to enjoy, but with enough inside references for the hardcore fanbase, nor are they intrusive on the story about it Opened WORSE than Batman V Superman, DC fans were so mad it failed Sequel Hooks so hype the reactions are compared to and continued DC's that they tried to run a smear campaign against Sonic Came out on top despite fans of another movie trying to keep it down losing streak Thanos first reveal
