Tier list based on console representation (updated v2)

Notes:

Updated version of Mimikyuisawesome's tier list, updated to include Hero as well. Now arranged by fighter number!

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR PEOPLE CONFUSED:
- These are sorted by what system the character's debut game in their home series was released on. As such, Roy is in the GBA section even though he technically first appeared in Melee.
- The first Animal Crossing game's initial Japanese release was on the N64. An enhanced port for the GameCube arrived a few months later that would eventually become its international release.
- Although a Duck Hunt game came out in 1976, the dog initially appeared in the NES version.
- Richter's debut game (Castlevania: Rondo of Blood) was initially released on the TurboGrafx-16 before being ported to other systems (such as the Wii's Virtual Console).
