Notes:

Physics time an average bow has a draw weight of about 40lbs (216 N) over a distance of about 2 ft (0.61 m) giving the projectile an energy of around 80 lb-ft (132 N-m), excluding mechanical losses. A 7.62×39mm cartridge on the other hand averages at over 1500 lb-ft (2150 N-m), over 15x more. And yet game developers would have us believe that the AK is some kind of mediocre weapon that you have to fire half the magazine into to drop someone, whereas an arrow can magically kill a fully armoured dude in two shots straight. Yeah right.
