Ugh I can't believe this entirely merit-based system disproportionately rewards white people Any organization that doesn't intentionally lower its standards for people of color is racist. This is so backwards. Everything that doesn't have perfectly equal representation of all races is just biased against minorities. Any other explanation makes me extremely uncomfortable, and is therefore wrong.
