All they need is to control its production, by which I mean sushi sprites, and they control the worlds supply of sushi. But the control doesn't stop there. The desire for sushi is so strong that people will do anything to have it, which means that the Empire controls the people through sushi. The Republic is completely under the Empires thumb without the need for the Empire to do anything at all! But!I will liberate sushi from the Empire, and thereby liberate. *nom nom Musashi!
