Can you really deny the possibility though?

I don't know if I can really refute it at this point. It's just so all over the place… and for some reason all of Zarya's good skins are in the MOBA instead of the game she's actually from. There's a lot of questionable decisions at blizzard sometimes, like nerfing mercy when they find out how valuable she is on a team because they didn't feel like figuring out how to make the other supports more viable. But I'm not a game designer, so what do I know?
