Since Garnet liked Steven's birthday suit in “So Many Birthdays”, I just took that concept and dialed it up a few notches. The environment itself is a mockup of the Royal Throne in the House of Lord's Chamber in Westminster. The very long royal cape comes from old British royal capes like this. Ridiculously long royal capes are ridiculous. I can't help but wonder how heavy those things were.
